December Self-Care Challenge Day 30: Silent Night



It’s the night before New Years Eve. So much has happened this past year. Yesterday I invited you to reflect on the past year and what it has meant to you.


Tonight, I invite you to have a chill, silent night. However, that looks like to you. Create the feeling of relaxation and comfort.


Perhaps re-read Day 1 about doing Nothing, or Day 10 about Hygge and the Scandinavian tradition of comfort. Perhaps you will find your own way to have a silent night.


Whatever you choose to do, I invite you to set aside the troubles and cares of the past year and relax tonight my friends. Enjoy this silent night.
